Crafted in partnership with Allpress Olive Groves, this bar brings together the depth of Solomon Islands cacao with the richness of Waiheke Island Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Each bar contains 10% olive oil, lending a soft, velvety texture. A generous amount of roasted New Zealand hazelnuts are mixed into each bar by hand—adding satisfying contrast and a delicate crunch.
Made in small batches, this bar is a quiet celebration of good ingredients, shared values, and thoughtful craft.

Origin: Kilombero Valley / Tanzania
A true taste of place. This gold medal-winning single-origin bar delivers vibrant notes of red stone fruit (think cherries and plums) balanced by a smooth, layered finish. A delicious expression of the Kilombero Valley region.
The exceptional organic cacao in this bar is grown by smallholder farmers in the Kilombero Valley, which borders the Udzungwa Mountain National Park in Tanzania.
We hand-sort, roast, crack, winnow, and stone-grind for up to 80 hours, allowing the cacao’s natural complexity to develop fully.

Every bar is meticulously handcrafted—hand-sorted, roasted, cracked, winnowed, and stone-ground for up to 80 hours before being aged, tempered, molded, and wrapped in our little factory.
